REVISIONS

Revisions are available according to your selected package and timeline. Requests must align with the original project scope and be submitted within the review period communicated by your project manager.

Revision turnaround depends on request complexity and workflow stage. Any additional edits outside the approved scope may require a change request and updated timeline.

Clients may edit and customize final deliverables after project completion based on their publishing goals and audience needs.

CHANGE OF MIND

If a client decides to pause or discontinue a project for reasons unrelated to service delivery, refund eligibility is evaluated under the refund terms below.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

All project requirements are reviewed and approved before production begins. Service outcomes are evaluated against mutually agreed scope, timeline, and deliverables documented at onboarding.

REFUND POLICY

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to work completed, approved milestones, and the original agreement. Refunds are not automatic and may be partial when substantial work has already been delivered.

Refund eligibility may be limited or void in the following situations:

• Revision requests exceed the originally approved scope.
• A project is paused or delayed at the client's request after production has started.
• Company policies or contractual terms have been violated.
• Required materials or information were not provided for project execution.
• Cancellation is requested for reasons unrelated to service quality or delivery.
• Multiple draft approvals have been provided and project stages are completed.
